Understanding Shillong Teer Results & Archery Mechanics
Shillong Teer is a traditional legalized sport governed by the Khasi Hills Archery Sports Association (KHASA) in Meghalaya, India. Every game day from Monday to Saturday, 50 licensed archers assemble at the historic Polo Ground in Shillong for two consecutive shooting rounds:
- First Round (FR): Archers shoot 30 arrows each into the circular target between 3:45 PM and 4:00 PM IST.
- Second Round (SR): Archers shoot 20 arrows each between 4:45 PM and 5:00 PM IST.
Once shooting concludes, authorized marshals tally all arrows that successfully struck the target. The last two digits of the final arrow count form the official declared winning number (00 to 99). Live results are verified and updated on this page in real time as each round is completed.
